Honey Glazed Carrots are sweet and delicious. With the sweetness of the honey and the citrus flavor from the orange juice these honey glazed carrots are a dream. They are easy to make and the whole family will enjoy them.
In a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat add butter. Once the butter has melted add the carrots cook for about two minutes. Then add the orange juice, honey, salt, and cover with a lid. Turn to coat the carrots every 5-10 minutes. Cook the carrots until they are fork tender (about 25 minutes – depending on the size of the carrots). If the glaze starts to reduce too much, add a little more orange juice.
Notes
For the carrots I use rainbow carrots, because they are colorful, and look beautiful. But you can use any carrots you like.
For the honey, I use orange blossom honey, but you can use any honey you prefer.
