- 1 chicken Bones (whole chicken)
- 2 carrots
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic head
- 2 bay leaves
- 5 thyme fresh twigs
- 1 tablespoon oregano fresh
- 1/8 white pepper
- 2 tablespoons bouillon better than bouillon
- 12 cups water
Instant Pot Instructions
Place all the ingredients in an Instant Pot. Select the high pressure setting and the timer for 60 minutes.
When it’s done, use the manual release setting. Once all the pressure has been released remove the lid.
Then use a fine-mesh strainer to strain the broth.
