Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 4 tablespoons horseradish fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Peel off the brown peel with a peeler from the fresh horseradish, then grate 4 tablespoons of horseradish
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend.
  3. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour

Recipe Notes

You can eat it right away, but it tastes better if you let it chill in the fridge before serving.

If you like it less spicy you can add more ketchup. Or if you like it more spicy you can add more horseradish.

The level of spiciness of this recipe is medium.

Also, the fresher the horseradish the spicier it will be.
