This chicken salad is delicious, healthy, and has fewer calories than the typical chicken salad. The chicken is tossed with celery, red onions, grapes, almonds, fresh dill, and a creamy mixture. The best part is that it’s very easy to make. The salad is creamy, crunchy, bright, and flavorful.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast
  • ½ cup celery chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion chopped
  • ¼ cup almonds sliced
  • 1 cup grapes (cut in half)
  • 1 tablespoon dill fresh - chopped
  • 2 tablespoons labneh
  • ¼ cup light mayo
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, place all the ingredients and toss until well combined.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Voila! You have a delicious chicken salad

Notes

For the chicken I like to use rotisserie or poached.
