  • ¼ cup ham chopped
  • 1 carrot chopped
  • 1 celery stalk chopped
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • 32 oz chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
  • 2 potatoes russet - chopped
  • 2 cups ham chopped
  • 2 cups corn Frozen
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded


  1. Add 1 tablespoon of avocado oil to a soup pot over medium heat. Add the ¼ cup of ham and cook for about 3 minutes.
  2. Add carrots, celery, onions, thyme and cook until translucent (about 2-3 minutes). Add flour and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add chicken broth, bouillon, potatoes, and corn until tender, about 20 minutes.
  4. Add heavy cream and cheese, stir until well incorporated.
