Instructions
Cut the bell peppers, cucumbers, and tomatoes into bite size pieces. Thinly slice the onions. Cut the Kalamata olives in half. Then cut the feta cheese in cubes.
Pour all the dressing ingredients in a container and shake them until well mixed or whisk all the ingredients in a bowl.
Once you have the dressing ready, toss it with the rest of the ingredient in a bowl. Its best if you let it marinade for 30 minutes before eating it, but you can also eat it right away.
